Austin School of Rock and Roll is Austin’s premiere learning environment for “rockers” – both young and old – who want to experience the fun and excitement of playing in a
real live rock and roll band!

 

Utilizing teaching methods that have trained students for over 40 years, students will learn basic music theory and learn to play music by ear, not using sheet music. All instructors are seasoned music professionals  who perform locally.

Austin School of Rock and Roll works with “rockers” of all ages and experience levels. We combine our proven ‘formula’ of band-oriented musical development, with expert instruction from experienced music professionals to produce budding musicians who are proficient in both individual instrumentation and group performance dynamics. In other words – we create rock and roll bands!!
